Founded in 1976, we are the St. Louis region’s oldest and largest nonprofit dedicated exclusively to domestic and sexual violence prevention, intervention and recovery.

The mission of Safe Connections is to reduce the impact and incidence of relationship violence and sexual assault through education, crisis intervention, counseling and support services.

Safe Connections serves everyone inclusive of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.

Our annual golf tournament secures funds for our award-winning individual and group therapy, 24-Hour Crisis Helpline and Textline, and youth prevention education programs provided free of charge to those we serve.
